General Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hoyo Cab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

Hoyo Cab provides cab booking services through various channels including phone, website, and mobile applications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Hoyo Cab, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Account Registration

For certain services, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Hoyo Cab. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We will send you a confirmation via SMS/email once your booking is confirmed.

2. Advance Booking

Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance. For special events or peak seasons, we recommend booking at least 48 hours prior.

3. Waiting Time

Free waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting charges apply after this period at ₹50 per 15 minutes.

4. Route Changes

Any changes to the route during the journey must be communicated to the driver and may affect the final fare.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show and 100% of the fare will be charged.

Driver Cancellation

In case the driver cancels the ride, you will receive a full refund and we will assist you in finding an alternative cab immediately.

Need to Cancel?

Call us at +91 9235 999 123 to cancel your booking. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Payment Terms

2. Fare Calculation

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and night surcharges (10 PM - 6 AM).

3. Receipts

Digital receipts are provided for all transactions. For cash payments, physical receipts are available upon request.

4. Corporate Billing

Corporate clients can avail monthly billing with credit periods. Please contact our corporate team for more information.

Lability & Responsibilities

1. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
  • Be ready at the pickup point on time
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Inform about any special requirements in advance
  • Ensure children are properly seated and secured
2. Company Liability

Hoyo Cab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We maintain comprehensive insurance for all our vehicles.

3. Lost Property

Please check the vehicle before exiting. Report lost items immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We collect personal information including name, contact details, and payment information to provide our services effectively.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used for booking confirmation, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
